Its good value. Fantastic location, INCREDIBLE views. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Greatly enjoyed Kaffebonna, it was a few steps away from the hotel and offered nice treats.

The breakfast was GREAT, the room was good sized, everything met the purpose. We would like to go back there again if we go to Tromso.
